What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver all major embroidery formats: DST (Tajima), PES (Brother), EMB (Wilcom), EXP (Melco), JEF (Janome), VP3 (Husqvarna/Viking), HUS, XXX (Singer), SEW, SHV, U01, and more. Just tell us your machine brand and we'll send the right format — all included in the standard price, no extra charge.
How long does embroidery digitizing take?
Most designs are delivered within 6 hours. Simple logos are often ready in 3–4 hours; complex designs and jacket backs can take up to 12 hours. Rush delivery under 3 hours is available.
What is your pricing for embroidery digitizing?
Left chest logos start at $10, standard designs at $15, caps from $15, 3D puff from $30, jacket backs from $35 and photo designs from $45 — or $2 per 1,000 stitches. See the complete price list.
Do you offer free edits?
Yes — unlimited free edits on every order, with no time limit.
What artwork formats can you work with?
JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, CDR, SVG, BMP, TIFF and PSD — even a phone photo of a printed logo or a hand sketch. Existing embroidery files (DST, PES, EMB) can be edited too.
Can you digitize a photo?
Yes. We create realistic photo and pet portrait embroidery with colour blending. See photo embroidery digitizing.
What is 3D puff embroidery?
3D puff stitches over a foam layer to create raised, bold designs — most popular on caps. Read our beginner's guide to 3D puff.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes. Rush delivery in under 3 hours costs +$8 to +$20 depending on the design.
Do I own the digitized file?
Yes. Once paid, the file is yours permanently. Use it as many times as you like with no re-use fees.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum — one design is fine.
Do you work with international customers?
Yes. We serve customers in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Everything is delivered by email with the same pricing and turnaround.
What is the difference between DST and PES files?
DST is the Tajima format used by most commercial multi-needle machines; it stores stitches but not colours. PES is the Brother/Babylock home and semi-commercial format and includes colour information. Read DST vs PES vs EMB explained.
Can you match Pantone colors in embroidery?
Yes. Send the Pantone references and we'll map them to the closest thread colours in your preferred brand (Madeira, Isacord, Robison-Anton and others).
How do I send my artwork?
Use the upload field on the quote form or email it to info@accuratedigitizing.com. For files over 10 MB, a Google Drive or WeTransfer link is fine.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We edit for free until you are. If we still can't get it right, you don't pay — that's our money-back guarantee.
