Email your design to info@accuratedigitizing.com or use the quote form to upload directly. We accept virtually any file format you might have:

Include your service type (cap, left chest, jacket back, etc.), desired size, and thread count if known. Not sure? Just send the design and describe what you need — we'll handle the rest.
💬Receive Your Quote
Within 1 hour of receiving your artwork, we email you an exact price quote. Our online embroidery digitizing service uses flat-rate pricing — the price you see is the price you pay:

- Any design advice or questions answered
You decide whether to proceed. No payment required upfront. First-time customers receive one free sample design.
🧵We Digitize Your Design
Once you confirm the order, our expert digitizers go to work. Every design is hand-digitized — never run through auto-digitizing software that produces poor-quality results. Our process includes:
- Correct stitch types for each design element
- Appropriate underlay for the garment type
- Optimal stitch density and direction
- Efficient colour sequencing to minimize production time
- Sew-out tested on actual embroidery machine before delivery
Most standard designs are completed within 3–6 hours. Complex designs may take up to 12 hours. We'll confirm your ETA with the quote.
📥Download Your Files
Your completed digitized embroidery files are emailed directly to you. You receive all formats needed for your machine — DST, PES, EMB, EXP, JEF, VP3, and more. All in one email, at no extra charge.
The file comes with a thread colour list (by your preferred brand), stitch count summary, and any machine-specific notes. Load it up, run a test stitch, and if anything needs adjusting — send it back. Edits are always free.
Once you've approved the file, payment is collected. You own the file permanently — use it for repeat orders any time, no re-purchase required.
