- Quote and contact requests: your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you need, your design description and any artwork file you upload.

How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request, prepare your quote, deliver your embroidery or vector files, send invoices and provide support. We never sell or rent your personal information.
Your artwork
Artwork and logos you send us are confidential. They are used only to produce your order and are never shared, published or resold. Portfolio samples are only shown with permission.
How long we keep data
Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months so we can help with repeat orders and edits. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or delete it by emailing info@accuratedigitizing.com. Residents of the EU, UK and California have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA, which we respect.
Cookies
The site itself only uses a technical cookie for the admin login. If Google Analytics is enabled, it sets analytics cookies; you can block them in your browser settings.
