Quotes and orders
We provide an exact price before work begins. An order is confirmed when you approve the quote. First-time customers may receive one free sample design.
Payment
Payment is due after you receive and approve your files, by PayPal or card. Regular customers may be invoiced monthly by agreement.
Edits and revisions
Edits to correct or adjust a design are free and unlimited. Substantial changes to the original artwork or size after delivery may be quoted as a new design.
File ownership
Once paid, you own the digitized file and may use it as often as you like. You confirm that you have the right to use the artwork you send us; we are not responsible for trademark or copyright issues in customer-supplied artwork.
Money-back guarantee
If we cannot make a file you are satisfied with after reasonable edits, you will not be charged, or we will refund your payment.
Liability
We test our files carefully, but embroidery results also depend on machines, materials, stabilizers and settings. Always run a test stitch before production. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the design.
