Everything you need to know before placing your first order. File formats, turnaround times, pricing, edits, and file ownership — all answered below.
We deliver all major embroidery formats: DST (Tajima), PES (Brother), EMB (Wilcom), EXP (Melco), JEF (Janome), VP3 (Husqvarna/Viking), HUS, XXX (Singer), SEW, SHV, U01, and more. Just tell us your machine brand and we'll send the right format — all included in the standard price, no extra charge.
Standard turnaround is 6 hours or less. We operate 24/7, so orders are completed the same day in most cases. Simple designs (left chest logos, monograms) often return in 2–3 hours. Complex designs (jacket backs, photo portraits) may take 8–12 hours. Rush delivery (under 3 hours) is available for a small additional fee — ask when quoting.
Pricing starts at $10 for simple designs under 8,000 stitches. Standard designs (8,000–15,000 stitches) are $15. Complex designs (15,000–25,000 stitches) are $20. Large format jacket backs start at $35. 3D puff from $30. Photo digitizing from $45. All prices include unlimited free edits and all file formats. See our full price list →
Yes — unlimited free revisions are included with every order. If the file doesn't stitch out as expected after you receive it, send it back to us with notes on what needs changing and we'll revise it at no extra cost. No limit on revisions, no questions asked. We don't consider an order complete until you're fully satisfied.
We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, CDR (CorelDRAW), SVG, BMP, TIFF, and most other common image and vector formats. Vector files (AI, EPS) give the best results, but we regularly work from JPG and PNG files successfully. Even low-resolution images are often workable — send us what you have and we'll assess it.
Yes — photo embroidery digitizing is one of our specialist services. We convert portraits, pet photos, wildlife images, and custom artwork into realistic embroidery designs with lifelike colour blending. Photo digitizing starts at $45 depending on complexity. We work best with high-resolution, well-lit photos with a clear subject.
3D puff embroidery uses foam placed under the stitches to create a raised, three-dimensional effect. It's most commonly used on snapback caps and varsity hats for a bold, premium look. The foam is fully covered by stitches when correctly digitized. It requires specialist digitizing with specific density settings and underlay techniques. Our 3D puff digitizing starts at $30.
Yes — rush delivery (under 3 hours) is available for most design types for an additional fee of $8–$20 depending on complexity. Simple designs can often be rushed for $8. Large complex designs may carry a $15–$20 rush fee. Contact us when you submit your order to confirm rush availability and timing.
Yes — you own the file permanently after purchase. You can use it for as many production runs as you like, on as many garments as needed, forever. There are no licensing fees, no repeat-use charges, and no restrictions on how many times you use the file. It's yours.
There is no minimum order. Single designs from $10 are welcome. We work with individual home embroiderers placing one order through to commercial embroidery shops ordering 50+ designs per month. All customers receive the same quality and turnaround regardless of order size.
Yes — we deliver files worldwide via email. We serve customers in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and beyond. All files are delivered digitally so location makes no difference. Pricing and turnaround are the same for all locations.
DST (Tajima format) is the most universal embroidery format and works with most commercial multi-head machines. PES (Brother format) is used by Brother and Babylock home and commercial machines. Both contain the same stitch information but in different file structures. We deliver both — and all other formats — as standard at no extra cost. Just tell us your machine brand.
We can select thread colours that closely match your Pantone references using major thread brands including Madeira, Robison-Anton, Isacord, and Gunold. We provide the exact thread colour codes with every delivery so you can source the correct threads. Note that embroidery thread can only approximate Pantone colours — we'll always aim for the closest available match and advise if exact matching isn't possible.
